A Christmas Holiday Craft
How To Make A Vintage Sheet Music Garland
Make a Vintage Sheet Music #Garland -- #vintagechristmas #sheetmusic #christmascraft #christmasgarland #paperchain

Happy Black Friday

(something about that sounds so weird?…)
Hope you all still have all ten fingers & ten toes!!
You know, if you started off with that many ;)
I skipped the mayhem this year.
For one, we do not need a single thing.
And two, my hubby was under the weather the last few days and his crud has crept on over to me.
Now, I feel as if I swallowed broken glass.
So fun! Yay.
No big actually, it’s been worse.
Plus, the sun it out today, so it’s not all bad. {smile}
It has been a whirlwind around here and quite frankly, I’m not sure where to start?

Let’s see… I have finished my Christmas mantle
(well sort of… I took it down to put up a simple, Thanksgiving mantle and I just have to pop it back up) and the vintage sheet music garland has been glittered (because thankfully, we got a break in the rain!).

I’ve also been thrifting my booty off so I have lots of goodies to share. Then, I managed to have some fun with mini bottle brush trees… and, we’ve hosted Thanksgiving.

So hmm… what makes sense?
I guess catch up, right?

Hope So, Because Here We Go…
I have to start somewhere.

Vintage sheet music garland.
Simple-Fast-Easy

You will need;
 1. Sheet music
 2. Glue, tape, double sticky tape, stapler or glue gun.
3. Scissors.
4. Glitter if desired.
5. Spray glue if using glitter.

***Use 2 sheets to make approx. 60″ of garland.
I picked up a whole book for 50 cents at an estate sale.
It has double sided pages.

***Cut the sheets into strips the width of a single page, then (I glued) them into circles with my glue gun. I then attached every other one to each other at the seam.
That cuts down on seams showing on every single circle. I prefer that.

***Three, (if desired) lightly spray with glue and sprinkle with glitter of choice. I did this over a paper plate so I could keep re-using the excess glitter.

Now, it’s all glimmery & shimmery!
Just how I wanted it.

It’s beginning to look a lot like
CHRISTMAS
Hope you’re feeling merry and you enjoyed this quick and easy garland making tutorial.
Vintage sheet music isn’t necessary..
but I sure like the results.
