I was on my way home from the
Damn Dentist
(If you follow me on facebook, you’ll know. lol)
and decide to stop at a local thrift store before heading to the grocery store.
I roamed around and a little and found 2 small treasures but nothing major.
When Suddenly!
I spotted a sweet table.
And, it spoke to me.
It said; “Please save me from this horrid existence, no one can see my potential. No one appreciates me!
And I know you can see how
FABULOUS
I would look in your kitchen.
Much better then that big, chunky farm table you have now!
I am so cute.
Just look at my perfect shape.
I know you could make me a star again.”
She was very convincing.
Now this will be happening soon!
Jim and I will pick it up this evening if all goes as planned.
It was stacked on top of another table so I hope it’s in as good of condition as I think it is.

Yay!!! I would love to find an old farm table to redo…but no way in hell I’m going to the dentist if I don’t have to. I’ll just wait for it to appear on my doorstep.

I love my dentist…he’s really nice. Of course, the one my mom took me to when I was a kid was MEAN and SCARY. Sorry for the rabbit trail… Can’t wait to see your new table.

Had two fillings replaced two weeks ago. The only concession was that I got to skip school. A great table would have been a bonus!
