The Perfect DIY Style Halloween Crows Nest Filler
I have a little tip that might come in handy
for your Halloween decorating.
Use Steel Wool as “nest” filler for your
Spooky Crows!
I couldn’t find my Spanish Moss.
Anywhere.
Which is a blessing in disguise I’m sure, because I don’t know that it was going to look right anyway.
So, I stopped and tried to think of
what I could use as filler???
I really didn’t want to go to the store.
I had a piece of steel wool I had used to distress some nesting tables one day when I didn’t want to go out to my work shed to get sand paper (I know, I am so bad!) and that clicked with me.
So I got a fresh piece and started pulling it apart and loosening it all up.
(sort of like the shredded paper filler for gift bag)
Worked like a charm!

This mantel made my head move and my voice say something like “ahhh, ohhh, dammm”. I love it. That aqua with it makes it look so classy, and seriously, can I pin it then pin the shredded scrubbie under clever ideas?
